Yoga Golas India is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school they are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).

We accept 12 to 15 students per batch.

Student should start some body stretching exercises before joining the course.

Bring one pair of white clothes with you, which you should wear in opening and graduation ceremony and bring Comfortable yoga clothes that helps into the daily yoga practices.

Yoga mats are available in our ashram, So you can keep one yoga mat with during the course and leave it in yoga hall so that next batch student will use the mats.

In order to attend the opening ceremony, one should arrive at school on day 01 before 2:00 pm. On the day 01 at 5:00 pm we will have an opening ceremony and orientation ceremony, Classes will start from day 02 from morning- On the second last day of the course, graduation ceremony takes place at 5:00 pm evening and it finishes by 8:00 pm, therefore, departure should be planned next day before 12:00 pm.

Student can join the course with tourist visa and mention purpose of visit in India should be yoga retreat or yoga course, In order to know the process of getting the visa so you should contact Indian embassy at your country. As every country has different rules and regulation, If anyone need any document from school side. So we can provide them accordingly.

Most of the things are generally available near the ashram but its better to carry medicines (if you are using any), general utility items.

We provide vegetarian satvik food. We also provide gluten free, Vegan diet as well, if any student are allergic to any kind of food so we can customize the food according to students demand.

Yes you can use phone during the course but phones are not allowed inside the yogshala and classrooms.
